Make Income Tied To Citizen Score

Income should be based on how many citizen points you have rather than citizen class, this would make sense for characters that join OIM through roleplay, and make it so that the progress that they've made isn't all gone once they join.
It would also make small amounts of citizen points actually be worth something.

I am very biased in this and find myself in unique circumstances, I suggest this because one of my characters was B class, then made into OIM-D class, then i suddenly lose all the value of anything ive done previous, I dont feel that this is fair to the player.
It would make it so that if you have an OIM Character you could still progress towards some ingame reward.
It makes the points between classes also worth something, as it is right now i have had several people deny points because its only 1 point.

Example: man gets 5 points in current system; nothing happens; no reward unless he is close to a threshold.
                    My suggestion; man gets 5 points; gets more UBI
