Li was born on the outskirts of Shenzhen. His mother and father ran a local delivery service which took them all over the city. They were relatively poor, so they were not too picky on what they delivered, as long as people paid and understood prices would vary depending on what they wanted delivered. Eventually, Li's parents grew old and could no longer support the business, so Li took over and ran it for many years. The world eventually fell into chaos when the NCC declared war on China. It pushed many of the people in China to fight or flee. Li fled as far west as possible in hopes of safety. Managing to gain entry inside a Bastion, Li sustained years of scrutiny for being Chinese by being bruised and beaten. After the nuclear winter came to an end, and Bastions began opening there walls again, Li was transported to BKG-023 after a recent rebellion caused most of its population to perish. With a fresh start in Korolgrad, Li decided to reopen his family business!
